When you contact Feya, we collect the information you choose to send, such as your name, email, company, and the workflow you want help with.

How we use it

We use this information to reply to your request, scope a beta workflow, and provide Feya-related services if you choose to work with us.

Customer data

Feya is designed around scoped access, approval controls, audit logs, and tool-specific permissions. Credentials are kept outside prompts and injected only when an approved tool action needs them.

EU and GDPR

Feya can be configured for EU data handling and GDPR-aligned workflows. Specific processing terms, retention, subprocessors, and deployment requirements are agreed during onboarding.
