Service

Feya is offered as a managed service for moving companies, starting with paid pilots for customer enquiries and quote drafts. The work included, tools, support, fees, and schedule are agreed before the pilot starts.

Human approval

The initial pilot prepares drafts for human review. Customer details, prices, and messages must be checked before sending. The tools and approval steps are agreed before setup.

Customer responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing outputs, approving actions, and deciding which tools, data, and permissions Feya can access.

No guarantee

Feya is designed to reduce repeated work, but no automation is perfect. You should keep review controls in place for business-critical actions.
