Approval by default
Feya can draft, prepare, summarize, and queue actions while keeping sensitive work in review. Customer-facing messages, file changes, invoices, bookings, and other important actions can require explicit approval before they happen.
Scoped access
Feya is configured around the workflow it needs to handle. Access can be limited to specific tools, accounts, inboxes, folders, calendars, or business systems.
Credentials
Credentials and API keys stay outside prompts. They are stored separately and injected only when an approved tool action needs them.
Audit trail
Feya is designed to make work reviewable: what it read, what it drafted, what it changed, what was approved, and which business rule was used.
EU and GDPR
Feya can be configured for EU data handling, GDPR-aligned workflows, data retention requirements, and customer-specific processing terms during onboarding.
